Shipping POLICY
🟣 Shipping is a flat rate of $6 in Hawai'i and to the U.S. Mainland.
🟣 Free pick up at Windward Shopping Center. You will receive notice when item is ready.
🟣 Free shipping is available on orders over $100.
🟣 Orders will ship within 3-5 business days via USPS.
Shipping times for orders may vary during holidays.
🟣 You will receive an email with the tracking number once the shipping process is complete.
🟣 Enlightened Reality is not responsible for any
damaged packages. We practice the most care when packaging products.
🟣 Enlightened Reality is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
Refunds & rETURNS
🟣 Enlightened Reality is a small business. Therefore, we are not accepting refunds at this time.
🟣 Due to the nature of ingestible herbs and for safety reasons, all teas and smoking blends are final sale.
🟣 Exchanges will be allowed for any topical or miscellaneous
items postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order.
🟣 Customer is responsible for paying shipping to the returned address that will be provided.
🟣 If you do receive a damaged item please contact us to file a claim for the damaged item. We will need the following: photo evidence and proof of damage provided by the customer. This allows us to submit the claim to USPS. Please include photos of the full package itself, inside the package, and the damaged item.
